Mile 23 - H&M

Clearly my writing has been on holiday as I'm still in Italy. However I must proclaim that my body is still 100% in business. Still trucking along. Monday was a beautiful day in Vicenza. The run was solid. Straight through town. I'm starting to enjoy city runs. Albiet the city of Vicenza is not quite as chaotic as the city of London. So maybe I like little city runs? Nevertheless, the mile is getting better.

What's even more encouraging is the quick trip to H&M prior to the run. Sara wanted to stop by H&M for a little shopping. I decided to join as I was heading that direction anyway. By George, would you believe I actually found clothes that fit well??! Yes, I walked in to the dressing room without wanting to immediately shoot my self in the foot! The problem with clothes fitting better is that you want to buy more. Before, I could walk in to a clothing store, find nothing and leave crying. Now, I walk out of H&M with a bag full of new clothes. Thankfully it's H&M so not too much damage to ol' college bank account. Oh it feels so good to have glorious new clothes!!

The H&M warm-up gave way to a very enjoyable run. Thank you H&M.
